Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 5 to 8 years of progressive HR experience including experience supporting operational workforces 2 or more years of experience leading or supervising HR team members preferred Strong employee relations experience including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management Experience partnering with operational leadership in warehouse, manufacturing, hospitality, or logistics environments Working knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and workforce management practices Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills with ability to balance operational needs with HR best practices Strong communication skills both in English and Spanish Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.
