The School Resource Deputy is assigned to specific schools and/or school districts and is responsible for developing positive relationships with students, school administration and staff and for security related issues, criminal complaints, bomb threats, facility safety and drug abuse resistance education programs. In this position you have the ability to work in the following units: Patrol, School Resource, Narcotics - Special Investigations, Major Crimes Investigation, Court Security, Detective, Civil Process, Field Training, K-9, Warrant and Transports, Boat and Water Safety, or any other capacity deemed necessary by the Sheriff.
