Recruits, develops, and manages a core team to minister to the junior high and high school youth of the parish and who will develop and run the youth ministry program: Youth Group, Laudato Si Group, meetings, retreats, youth choir, socials, field trips, game nights, beach outings, etc. Takes responsibility for finances of youth ministries by preparing an annual budget, keeping track of expenditures, sponsoring fundraisers, making deposits and check requests, paying bills, etc., in conformity with diocesan financial practices.
