The role highlights a customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional quality and results on every project.</p><p style="margin:0px"> </p><p style="margin:0px"><strong>In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:</strong></p><ul><li>Understanding of all field and office survey operations.</li><li>Organize technical production and direct field work.</li><li>Uphold quality control and assurance.</li><li>Maintain communication with clients, leadership and staff.</li><li>Meet schedules and budgets while providing responsive service to the client.</li><li>Perform boundary research of maps, deeds, physical evidence, and other records.</li><li>Prepare boundary calculations, metes and bounds descriptions and parcel plats.</li><li>Research previous survey evidence, maps, deeds, physical evidence, and other records to obtain data needed for various surveys including control, topographic, bathymetric, engineering, alignment and right-of-way.</li><li>Coordinate projects with clients, staff, engineering and architectural personnel, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Determine methods and procedures for establishing or reestablishing survey control.</li><li>Ability to apply techniques and methods to obtain desired accuracy and information.</li><li>Maintain project database by using computer programs; entering and backing up data.</li><li>Develop and present proposals to clients.</li><li>Show consistent exercise of initiative and independent judgment in work assignments.</li><li>Maintain professional and technical knowledge.</li><li>Participate in professional societies and practice communities.</li><li>Ability to work with and mentor people.</li><li>May supervise the activities of a single or multiple survey field crews and provide training to staff.</li></ul>:
