The Real Property GIS & CAD Specialist will be responsible for responding to inquiries related to existing MCDOT and FCD right-of-way and working closely with personnel within the Real Estate Department (RED), FCD, MCDOT, Planning and Development, Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, other county departments, governmental agencies, consultants, realtors, and the public. They prepare project right-of-way plans, base maps, legal descriptions, legal exhibits, aerial displays, and other documents for the acquisition of project right-of-way, abandonments, land sales, and other real estate transactions.
