The Director leads HRW's strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, financial analysis, and grant financial management functions, ensuring leadership has the information, financial insights and tools needed to support sound decision-making, organizational sustainability, and effective stewardship of donor resources. Related Skills and Knowledge: Demonstrated experience leading organizational budgeting, forecasting, multi-year financial planning, financial modeling, and management reporting in a complex multinational and/or non-profit organization - ideally both.
