Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must have: • An associates degree in real estate with 2 years Right-of-Way Agent experience within the last 10 years • Nine credits in relevant real estate courses as part of a Bachelors degree program in business administration, urban planning or related field • A bachelors degree in business administration, urban planning or related field with 18 credits in relevant real estate courses at the technical college level • Four years of Right-of-Way Agent experience within the last ten years.
