Qualifications: The candidate must have active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in New York; strong knowledge of surveying principles, procedures, and state regulations; must have experience managing field crews and office technical staff; proficiency with survey data processing and CAD software; experience preparing proposals and cost estimates; excellent organizational leadership, and communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
