Sustainability Program Manager - Greenwood Village, CO (Hybrid) Brief Summary The Select Group's clientis seeking a hands-onSustainability Program Managerto support its growing Sustainability Data & Reporting team. This individual will play a key role in GHG emissions tracking, reporting, and energy efficiency initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate brings strong data skills, GHG accounting knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, highly visible team. Must Have Skills * Strong MS Office skills: Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint * Experience in corporate sustainability, GHG, and carbon emissions reporting * Familiarity with Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions * Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset - can take direction and work independently * Hands-on GHG accounting experience; familiarity with Salesforce NetZero Cloud * Knowledge of greenhouse gas data controls and documentation environments Nice to Have Skills * Direct experience with Salesforce NetZero Cloud * Background in analyst roles involving heavy data and reporting * Knowledge of energy efficiency metrics and sustainability dashboards Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Owns GHG inventory data reporting (Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards) segmented by scope, goals, and divisions * Translates data into insights, supporting energy efficiency projects and reporting initiatives * Works cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and site managers to validate data and collect emissions inputs * Supports site-level sustainability dashboards and helps identify opportunities for carbon footprint reduction * Provides business case support (cost/energy savings) for sustainability initiatives Conducts research on GHG accounting protocols and performs cross-checks on emissions reduction initiatives TSG is an equal opportunity employer. We have some exciting projects in the pipeline, with more on the horizon and this position is essential in supporting the company’s growth and operational stability.  The Project Manager is essential to developing sustainable projects, galvanizing new and existing relationships with stakeholders, and delivering ecological and economical uplift to the environment and company. What You Will Do & Expected Outcomes The Project Manager provides accountable execution of environmental restoration projects for the mutual success of the company, our clients, and the environment. The collaborative nature of our projects requires the Project Manager to communicate cross-functionally with frequency and accuracy, externally with stakeholders, regulators, and landowners. The Project Manager reports to the Area Manager leading this geography and specific duties are focused on, project scheduling, project document production and coordination, and coordination with internal staff and external stakeholders.
