Perform and document environmental compliance activities, including sampling, inspections, and monitoring activities, in accordance with plant procedures and applicable regulations such as the Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act (CWA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), and Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) requirements. Support department and plant environmental regulatory compliance (CAA, CWA, RCRA, EPCRA, SWPPP, SPCC) and sustainability performance (energy/water/waste resource reduction and efficiency) programs through data analysis, program development and execution, facilitation and promotion, in alignment with regulatory requirements, plant business plan, and company direction to ensure environmental compliance and to achieve environmental targets.
