Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Assist with developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of contracted scope of service, policies and procedures, working with assigned account management team of janitorial or additional service providers, while serving as primary liaison to schedule and see-thru completion assigned tasks on-time, with a concerted focus on organizational goals and objectives to maximize Staff, Player and Guest experiences. Assists Vice President, Facilities, or assigned delegate, with in-event management of internal, contracted and assigned facility labor, including responding to radio calls, incidents and requests for aide in troubleshooting Stadium infrastructure, including Electrical, Plumbing, Vertical Transportation, Mechanical and Fire / Life Safety Systems as needed from internal or public safety officials.
