The IT Systems Administrator collaborates with infrastructure, database, and application teams to maintain stable and secure technology environments, troubleshoot issues, implement system enhancements, and ensure adherence to operational best practices across Windows, Linux, networking, storage, and enterprise platform technologies. Contribute to support of network and storage environments including SAN, clustering, load balancing, multi-site VPNs, network IDS, firewalls, and application delivery/virtualization products such as Citrix.
