The position partners closely with Epic application teams, infrastructure teams, desktop support, cybersecurity, and operational leaders to ensure reliable and secure access to Epic applications across hospitals, clinics, and ancillary care settings. The role serves as the technical lead for Epic end-user device deployment strategies, including Hyperspace configuration, workstation management, virtual desktop integration, application packaging, and client updates.
