State of Minnesota licensure required, need to have one of the following: The Board of Psychology as a Licensed Psychologist (LP) or the Board of Social Work at Independent Clinical level (LICSW) or the Board of Marriage and Family Therapy as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or the Board of Behavioral Health & Therapy as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). The campus features a Level IV trauma center and critical access hospital, family medicine clinic and wellness center, and offers 16 inpatient rooms, 26 clinic exam rooms, 12 outreach rooms, 2 labor and delivery suites, 2 operating suites, and an emergency department with 2 trauma bays, lab, pharmacy, and advanced imaging with MRI and 3D mammography.
