Perform and coordinate application-infrastructure support activities across Windows and Linux server operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, patching, DevOps automation, and Nutanix AHV virtualization, prioritizing assigned work according to operational impact and team procedures. Strong working knowledge of infrastructure services, including DNS, DHCP, FTP, SMTP, RDS, SSH, certificates, ADFS, and DFS, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide technical guidance to other IT groups.
