Collaborate with IT product owners, engineers, and external vendors to support the delivery and activation of marketing experiences across platforms including Salesforce Marketing Engagement and Personalization, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Loyalty, mobile app/Airship, and Salesforce Data 360 . Partner with CRM developers, analysts, and marketing stakeholders to capture and document functional requirements for new and enhanced customer marketing capabilities, including loyalty enrollment and engagement, personalized content delivery across email, SMS, web, mobile app, in‑store, and transactional experiences .
