Essential Responsibilities include: Operate, monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and support replacement of facilities mechanical systems and equipment, including air compressors, chillers, boilers, heating systems, and related building utilities; help coordinate preventive maintenance activities with Utility Plant Technicians. Support capital improvement projects involving construction, remodeling, renovation, equipment upgrades, and maintenance, including concept development, engineering design support, scope-of-work development, and coordination with contractors.
