Position Summary The Multimedia Instructional Designer will work closely with Training & Development leadership, subject matter experts, operations, safety, recruiting, and other internal stakeholders to identify training needs and produce content for instructor-led training, digital learning, LMS courses, videos, job aids, assessments, presentations, and other learning resources. The role may require occasional travel to Hays offices, training facilities, jobsites, recruiting events, or other locations to observe work processes, gather subject matter expertise, capture training content, and support learning initiatives.
