Demonstrated Expertise performing Object-Oriented Design (OOD) using Java; developing Web services using Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, and Spring MVC; designing and optimizing database queries for Oracle database using advanced indexing, query optimization and transaction management; and implementing Test Driven Development (TDD) and automated unit, integration, and API testing using JUnit, Cucumber and Apache Karate. Or, alternatively, Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and three (3) years of experience as a Principal Software Engineer/Developer (or closely related occupation) performing full stack software development using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security for backend RESTful APIs, within an Azure cloud environment.
