Over time, a Trexquant researcher should be able to formulate a cross-asset or cross-region investment hypothesis, access the necessary data, backtest it accurately, evaluate it, and deploy it to production through a common platform with increasingly little manual infrastructure work. The COO will work closely with the CEO and leaders across research, engineering, trading, data, operations, and other functions to establish clear goals, assign ownership, identify dependencies, and drive projects through completion.
