The Talent and Organization Development Specialist supports Bellevue Colleges mission by designing, delivering, administering, and evaluating learning, leadership, and organizational development programs that strengthen employee capability, leadership effectiveness, team performance, organizational effectiveness, and student success. Coordinate employee wellness, engagement, recognition, workplace culture, and related programs and initiatives by designing and facilitating learning and participation opportunities, developing supporting communications, administering feedback and assessment mechanisms, and evaluating outcomes to measure effectiveness, employee experience, behavioral change, and organizational impact.
