Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably placing contract or consulting professionals in a staffing or professional services environment Proven ability to source, evaluate, and qualify candidates for specialized roles Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative approach to recruiting Confidence communicating with candidates, colleagues, and internal stakeholders Experience using LinkedIn, professional networks, and other creative sourcing strategies Excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities A proactive, resourceful mindset and a collaborative approach to getting things done Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
