Some responsibilities of the Associate role include: Coordinate multiple, efficient hiring processes for both full and part-time positions, including job postings, interview scheduling and preparation, candidate communications, and data maintenance and reporting on individual searches, while using sound judgment to prioritize competing needs and keep searches moving forward. Generate new ideas to improve processes and operations, proactively identifying inefficiencies, risks, and potential bottlenecks before they disrupt hiring timelines, and supporting projects that improve efficiency, quality, and candidate and hiring manager experience.
