What we are looking for: 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate development, owner's representation, construction project management, pre-construction, architecture, engineering, or general contracting, including experience managing commercial projects from design coordination through construction delivery. As we build our development pipeline and pursue opportunities across new asset classes, including land development, multifamily, and net lease, this position will support development projects from planning and due diligence through construction and successful delivery, with primary responsibility for project execution, owner representation, and construction oversight.
