Key roles and responsibilities include: Lead external financial reporting activities, including the preparation, coordination, drafting, and review of quarterly and annual financial statements, footnote disclosures, Management''s Discussion and Analysis (MD&A), earnings releases, and other SEC filings. What You'll Do: In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Technical Accounting, External Reporting, and Internal Compliance and work closely with other key members of the Finance team including the Corporate Controller, Head of FP&A, and Head of IR.
