Evaluating and advising on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies, and regulatory action. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. A CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications are highly preferred. 2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position, preferably in the construction industry. 3. Proven working experience with Construction Accounting, Progress Billings, NTO, and Florida Lien Law. 4. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization. 5. Strong problem-solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses. 6.
