Responsibilities: Lead research projects from scoping through delivery; translate stakeholder needs into clear research questions, approaches, and workplans; set timelines and milestones; and allocate work across project team members, including offshore team members; manage scope, risks, and dependencies, and keep stakeholders and senior leaders informed of progress; ensure research follows established methodology, risk, confidentiality, and independence requirements. Experience managing or directing project teams, with the ability to lead, coach, and develop team members and provide clear direction across locations and time zones, demonstrated experience leading research projects end to end, including scoping, methodology design, analysis, and delivery, with strong engagement and project management skills and the organizational discipline to deliver on time across multiple concurrent projects.
