This is a hands-on, on-site role for someone who has built a program from the ground up, not inherited a mature one; youll spend much of your time on the floor, and work closely with production, facilities, and engineering leadership, with the expectation to run the program on modern software tools, not binders. Our production mixes automated framing equipment, robotic workcells, CNC processing, overhead lifting, and skilled hand trades working on and around 40-foot modules, with both in-factory and field construction operations.
