Job Description: Job Title: Tax and Licensing Manager Compensation: Pay: $97,000-$121,000 Job Type: Full Time / Exempt Reports to: Controller Location: Remote (Nashville, TN) Position Summary The Tax and Licensing Manager is responsible for overseeing all tax compliance and business licensing functions for Slick City and affiliated entities, including sales and use tax, property tax, international indirect tax, and partnership tax matters, as well as the acquisition and renewal of business, food and beverage, liquor, and amusement park licenses across a multi-location, multi-entity organization. 3. International Sales Tax & Partnership Tax · Monitor and ensure compliance with VAT, GST, and other international indirect tax obligations for any international operations, franchisees, or licensing arrangements.
