We're seeking a mission-driven Primary Care Physician to join an established and growing value-based care group in Greater Las Vegas. This is a full-time role focused on providing compassionate, comprehensive, and preventative care to an adult and senior patient population in an institutional setting. (SNF/ LTC)Why This Role Stands Out<ul><li>Base Salary: $260K-$290K (commensurate with experience)
	</li><li>Annual Bonus: Up to 15% of base compensation
	</li><li>Schedule: Monday-Friday, outpatient only - no nights, weekends, or hospital call
	</li><li>Patient Volume: 12-14 patients per day
	</li><li>Team Model: Work alongside nurse practitioners, MAs, and care coordinators in a collaborative environment
	</li><li>Mission-Driven: Deliver advanced primary care with a focus on quality outcomes, preventive medicine, and chronic disease management
</li></ul>Your Impact<ul><li>Serve as the patient's first point of contact for acute, chronic, and preventive health needs
	</li><li>Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians and specialists
	</li><li>Leverage data-driven tools to monitor patient outcomes and tailor care plans
	</li><li>Educate and empower patients to manage their health proactively
	</li><li>Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives and community health programs
</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
	</li><li>Current, unrestricted California medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
	</li><li>DEA certification required
	</li><li>Prior experience in value-based or managed care preferred but not required
