Location: this can be based in Canonsburg, PA (near Pittsburgh) or Charleston, WVWhy we are looking: Succession planning Notes from the client: Book of business is preferred but not necessaryFederal tax is the most important piece. PA and WV tax experience is preferred. We are looking for someone that can help structure business deals, buy-out, etc. to avoid tax issues. Added bonus would be to find someone who has an LLM in tax (Georgetown is the best school) and/or a CPA Pay is dependent on experience and book of business They prefer someone who has worked at a law firm vs. someone who has been in house counsel for a long time, or at a BIG 4
