Receive communication (written, telephone and electronic) from offices who have a concern or a need around supplies, facilities, or support;document nature of problem, research solutions, and resolves issues or escalate to DOC, Company Support Manager (CSM), or District General Manager(DGM) as needed . Maintain a technical working knowledge of systems used to support district(s) i.e. Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Suite applications including virtual tools;may include internal systems .
