The kinds of people we want to talk to have many of the following: • Bachelors degree in accounting and CPA license or • Masters of Science in Taxation • 8+ years of prior experience working in the tax department of a public accounting, with experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff • Excellent analytical and technical tax skills • Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships • Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment • Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to represent the Firm well to client's management • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management skills, and strong attention to detail • Ability to travel as needed. and partnership income tax returns • Strategic planning for clients including advising on federal and state compliance issues • Managing multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to efficiently meet client deadlines • Identifying tax planning opportunities • Conducting constructive discussions with team members on their evaluations and providing counsel accordingly • Serving in professional development programs as an instructor or discussion leader • Seeking and developing new clients/business.
