ul>Incorporate specially designed instruction in a project-based environment in order to meet students' individual needs;
Assessment, monitoring, and evaluation of students with disabilities;
Development of individualized education plans for students with disabilities;
Ability to collaborate meaningfully with a variety of stakeholders including other staff members, family, and the community;
Build relationships with middle and high school-aged students (grades 6 - 12);
Build relationships with staff members to create an inclusive and diverse community;
Participate in staff professional development, meetings, and other staff events as needed;
Work with middle and high school students (grades 6 - 12) using an equity-based lens and trauma-informed practices;
Supervise at lunch, before, and after school as assigned;
Other responsibilities typical of a teacher as assigned. We aim to develop students into engaged citizens ready for college and careers through the core elements of interdisciplinary seminars, daily advisory, independent projects, and IMPACT experiences.
