Corrugator Operator I positions are assigned to, and are responsible for mastering, one end of our corrugator (wet end or dry end).This role works within a small group to operate portions of our corrugator by helping setup for orders, move rolls of paper using material handling equipment, stacking product, testing for product quality,correctly labeling products, and communicating machine issues to leadership and team membersto ensure efficiency and timeliness in production. On the wet-end of the machine, sets uprolls inside machine,monitors rolls of paper and machine performance, adds rolls when needed to ensure continuous run of the order, and supports continuous run operations during order changeovers by positioning rolls of paper near the machine via power pallet jack.
