This position combines classroom teaching responsibilities with case management duties, including developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans, monitoring student progress, collaborating with general education teachers and related service providers, and communicating with parents and school teams. Develops and implements IEPs for students to include present levels of educational performance, special education needs, instructional goals and objectives, and the special education and related services required to meet those goals.
