Required Licenses/Certifications BLS/ACLS/PALS: Employee will be enrolled in the Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Entry or Prep Curriculum (depending on their previous BLS, ACLS, and/or PALS certification). 24 units of Early Childhood Education or Child Development (ECE/ED) required, including 3 units each in core courses of child/human development in growth and development., child/family/community or child and family relations, and program/curriculum; 16 units of general education.
