This includes but is not limited to; ensure production lines are running, fill in for employee breaks as needed; troubleshoot minor problems with equipment and parts; provide all tracked information (counts, scrap, etc.); make suggestions regarding employee issues (merit, disciplinary, etc.); make suggestions regarding process improvements/changes. The following leadership skills are required: taking the initiative, initiating action, promoting teamwork, championing ideas, taking appropriate risks, translating ideas into specific tasks, gaining confidence and trust of others.
