Provide leadership within the agricultural program assisting the Executive Director with the development process, including establishing priorities, staffing plans, resource acquisition and allocation, and evaluation processes to assure program quality, consider community diversity, and meet Equal Program Opportunity guidelines. The Team Leader for Cornell Cooperative Extension Association of Chautauqua County is responsible for providing leadership in the assessment, development, planning, delivery, and evaluation of agriculture educational programming as well as administrative direction, management, and coordination of those programming efforts.
