The Team Leader/Supervisor provides clinical and administrative supervision and performance evaluation/management of team members with appropriate psychiatric support to ensure service excellence and courteous, helpful, and respectful services to program participants, while functioning as a practicing clinician on the team. An Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team is a self-contained, multi-disciplinary team which assumes responsibility for directly providing needed treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to identified individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses.
