This position provides direction and support to Maintenance Associates, coordinates preventive maintenance activities, and serves as a technical resource for CNC equipment, mechanical systems, and facility infrastructure. Performs minor maintenance including painting, minor plumbing and project work (carpet cleaning, floor refinishing) and minor repairs such as replacing tiles, stair treads, etc.
