An excellent grasp of the SaaS product implementation lifecycle, including experience with each phase of a typical SaaS TMS implementation: requirements gathering, blueprinting and design, configuration, unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), performance/volume testing (PVT), production cutover, and go-live. These SMEs perform many tasks independently, but it's also important that they work well with cross-functional project teams, including business analysts, technical consultants, and client stakeholders, to successfully deliver implementations.
