This Director will also play a critical role in advancing McAfee's Workday release management, integration architecture, and governance practices, and will partner closely with the Vice President, IT, senior HR and Finance leaders, and cross-functional technology stakeholders to reinforce a stable, secure, and well-governed Workday platform. About the Role: Workday Platform Strategy & Architecture: Own the end-to-end technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap for Workday across HR and Finance, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Financials, partnering closely with the Vice President, IT to ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and aligned with business priorities.
