Desired Skills & Experience: Experience managing technical professionals, including remotely located; Ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the Business Unit from field operations to senior management; Technically-proficient safety professional adept at public speaking, data analysis, compliance auditing, and strategic regulatory analyses; Self-starter with strong cognitive problem-solving abilities; Team player with demonstrated history of meeting project deadlines; Motivated goal-oriented individual with excellent leadership, organization, planning & implementation, time-management, and quality control skills; Ability to understand and communicate risks associated with compliance to senior management and within project execution teams; Safety / PSM Audit experience; Risk Management Planning and procedure development; and. Minimum Requirements include: 10 years of experience in safety, process safety management, emergency management, and auditing; Ability to work in results driven, fast -paced environment; Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, proposal and presentation); Experienced in procedure and plan writing; Proficient in Adobe, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Projects, and Visio; Able to travel up to 75% to and from company assets, construction sites, emergency events, and for other agency/project meetings including the following states: Alabama, California, Florida, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and West Virginia.
