Following successful implementation, the role may transition toward broader Manufacturing training and systems support, including new-hire training, employee competency evaluation, ERP transaction support, documentation management, refresher training, process improvement, and coordination of future operational changes. The position will develop a strong working knowledge of E1 manufacturing transactions and workflows, coordinate implementation activities within Production, train and support end users, and help ensure that production documentation, work instructions, visual aids, and floor processes are updated and ready for implementation.
