Your Impact: Working independently on multiple projects performing constructability reviews, supporting MTA Procurement Division through the bid process and award of the project, reviewing submittals including material submissions, RFIs, shop drawings, Quality Work Plans, Safety Work Plans, Phasing Plans, Look-a-head schedules, and Change Order Requests. Project Manager will report to MTA offices at 2 Broadway but is expected to spend significant time in the field at numerous project sites, mentoring contractors and overseeing construction work, assuring quality and contract compliance, training Small Business Contractors on how to perform the tasks necessary for progressing and completing MTA projects.
