Responsibilities** Key responsibilities include: + Establishing and managing contractual and Performance Work Statement (PWS) compliance strategies + Monitoring project deliverables, risks, timelines, and operational commitments + Leading complex, large-scale technical implementations and sustainment initiatives + Partnering across business units, technical teams, and external stakeholders to drive alignment and issue resolution + Gathering and managing business and technical requirements for multiple concurrent initiatives + Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, technical documentation, and status communications + Managing project interdependencies, escalations, and risk mitigation strategies + Providing leadership and direction to technical operations or application support teams + Ensuring timely communication of project status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership and stakeholders + Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and operational process enhancements **Basic Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Healthcare Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience + Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in technical project management, healthcare IT, interoperability solutions, or related areas + At least 3 years of experience leading large-scale technical projects or programs + Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, technical implementations, and operational sustainment activities + Must be able to obtain the appropriate government security clearance applicable to your position.
