Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or application engineering for engineering software • Strong understanding of electrical schematics, panel design, and industrial electrical systems • Experience selling or supporting CAD, E-CAD, or engineering design software • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Comfortable presenting to engineers, managers, and executive stakeholders. • Sales & Revenue Growth • Own and drive sales opportunities for SEE Solutions within assigned accounts and regions • Support direct sales throughout the full sales lifecycle-from discovery to close • Develop and execute account and territory plans aligned with revenue targets • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across SEE Solutions • Support RFPs, proposals, and technical documentation as required.
