Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside or field-based sales within industrial, heavy manufacturing, steel, or mining environments • Preferred: Strong leadership and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels • Experience selling engineered or metallurgical products into industrial or mining markets • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze operational challenges in customer facilities • Proficiency in CRM tools and field sales technology • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close high-value deals • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
