The Reman Technical Specialist is to provide best in class customer support via timely and accurate information on the form, fit, function, core, application, and availability of CNH Reman remanufactured products to the CNH dealer network through phone communication, as needed face-to-face visits, and assisting in/with training sessions to share pertinent technical information. The Reman Technical Specialist will provide timely and accurate information regarding the form, fit, function, application, availability, catalog accuracy, core value, core criteria, or any other specific information needed to assistance the dealer, or the PSSM team, in promoting CNH Reman products.
